Absolutely the worst!!! I am absolutely shocked by the lack of professionalism ,respect and transparency to consumers. This has been by far the worse Mercedes Benz Car buyi I am absolutely shocked by the lack of professionalism ,respect and transparency to consumers. This has been by far the worse Mercedes Benz Car buying experience of our life . Unprofessionalism and lack of transparency are the words to describe this dealership. All they want to get from you as much money as possible half the sales people don’t know much , they will give you wrong information with out checking it firSt, . They will charge you for “add ons” to your car with out your permission , add ons that is only it is beneficial to them when you return your car in the end of the lease. But they will make you pay for this add ons, with out your knowledge ,they will include that in your car payments with out you knowing. And with out your permission . . They are very pushy on extras protection insurance which is very annoying so they will have a guarantee brand new car in the end of your lease. . After purchasing from them they will never return calls or emails. This is not how Mercedes Benz dealership should be , this is a joke . I will never step my foot at this dealership ever again. More

Excellent Service As always, Prime Mercedes took excellent care of my car (annual service, detailing, state inspection) and me. Unprompted, they offered me a loaner car As always, Prime Mercedes took excellent care of my car (annual service, detailing, state inspection) and me. Unprompted, they offered me a loaner car, when they determined that it was going to take over half a day to complete the work. They wound up finishing sooner than anticipated, allowing me to get my car back in plenty of time to start the weekend. Cannot say enough good things about Prime Mercedes! More
