I had arranged to take a GLE from sales as a loaner while my car was being servic A very special thanks and praise for Mike Cramer, (service advisor). I had arranged to take a GLE from sales as a loaner while my car was being serviced. I was going to bring it home to my spouse, examine it thoroughly and test drive it, with an eye toward “building“ one to our specs, in the fall. Neither the sales mgr, nor the general mgr were interested in owning one of 3 they had in their sales fleet, for more than 20minutes. I went back to the service dept and simply asked for any loaner they could provide, since servicing my car would take approx 2.5-3 hours. Initially, when I arrived at the dealership, Mike struck up a conversation with me when I checked in. I found him to be very pleasant and affable. After I came from the sales area, Mike saw me and inquired. When I told him of my dissatisfaction with sales, he immediately checked his fleet, the scurried around and somehow and came up with the exact vehicle I wanted! He went out of his way to accommodate me. Although the intake area was very busy, he chose take enough time to give me the very best curb side service and to make sure I was satisfied. I don’t like to write reviews. Some folks occasionally have bad days and so catching them at that time is just unfortunate. On the other hand, when a person drops everything and dives into for you, and comes up with what you were hoping for, that’s different. Mike represented the dealership and himself very well. He’s as good as I’ve ever seen and it was pleasurable dealing with him as well as talking to him. I know these surveys serve as a report card for the advisor. If I had to rate Mike on a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give him a 12, he was that good. While I may not buy my next Mercedes at this dealership, I do know where to bring my car if I want to be treated well. More
