What may not be transparent is some employees have been promoted so it looks like they are gone but are actually in a different position within the company. For instance, our Service Manager Stephanie Lanouette, a 13 year employee, was promoted into that position and the person she replaced (Jason Lavalley) was promoted to be our Parts Director. I have been with the parent company 46 years, 14 of them with Mercedes-Benz. I always appreciate client feedback, that's how we improve.
