Poor communication, not on the same page The first time I walked in I was looked at like I didn't belong in a mercedes dealership. The salesman, finance, and managers shared different informa The first time I walked in I was looked at like I didn't belong in a mercedes dealership. The salesman, finance, and managers shared different information about the sale, each would call me at the same time with different information, didn't communicate with each other to discuss what was happening with my sale, and were not time efficient. I spent 3 hours there with children one evening after work. The last 40 minutes, I waited without an update to then be told that they couldn't help me that night and that they'd be in touch. Reasons given were that finance was helping someone else and that banks were closed. I've purchased vehicles after hours before with none of the same issue. Paper work signed showed a lower retail price and discussion with the salesman and manger did not get the price down until the deal was in jeopardy. The vehicle I was looking at was at another location and brought up to Manchester. I was told this was no problem but later told that it meant negotiating the price was basically off the table because they had paid full price for the vehicle to get it. Later, due to all of the frustration, I requested my deposit back and was asked to wait for the dealership to communicate with their corporate office to make the deal go through. Miraculously, they came back and could make it work and lower the price as long as we put down more money. We agreed and scheduled to sign final paperwork the next evening. My husband left work early to be there. We arrived on time and weren't seen or updated on wait times for over an hour. The reasoning was that it was a busy afternoon and lots of people walked in to buy cars. I left that night with a part for the push start missing and went in the next day to be told "we don't just have those lying around" and "are you sure it came with one" (I test drove it with the button and it was on the listing) before being handed the part by another staff member. Long story short, appointments mean nothing, financing is a joke, so is pricing, customer service and communication are awful. I would give 0 stars if possible. Fortunately, I am pleased with the vehicle. Just waiting for the arrival of the second key. More

We had a zero stress experience and I kept telling them how this was the absolute best car buying experience that we have ever had. For the first time ever, I walked out of a dealership NOT feeling like I didn't get the best deal possible. When we arrived, they walked us through figuring out what would fit our needs the best and then everything else fell into place from there. They didn't play the usual back and forth to the Manager games that most dealerships play. We told them what our budget was and they made the numbers work for us very quickly. They were very professional and clearly have the art of Customer Service down to a science. They walked us through every feature and option in the car, and they offer follow-up sessions if you didn't get it the first time. Their facility is very nice, all of the people that work their are very professional and nice, and their prices are very reasonable. I wish I would have gone there sooner! I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new or used Mercedes-Benz in NH or any of the surrounding areas/states. They really are worth the trip and they really do have a stress-free sales experience. We were definitely not disappointed and neither will you be disappointed. This is our first Mercedes-Benz purchase and it won't be our last. We will definitely be back to Mercedes-Benz of Manchester for our next vehicle purchase. More
