I drove here from Mass because I thought I was getting an amazing service price based upon what I was told online. Low but not unbelievable since it’s Manchester instead of Boston. Turns out their website is faulty and I ended up paying more than I would've at home. The actual service price is average, but its not okay when you’re originally told something completely different. They don't honor prices even though it's their error. So for that I can’t leave a good rating since there’s not even any attempt to rectify their wrong. I was just told it must've been because my vin wasn't entered. I don't see how that has an affect on a service that already has a set price since it’s not a case of my car needing any special additions. More

Roadside assistance I'm from the Boston area and typically deal with Boston Mercedes dealerships. I happened to get flat tire in Manchester NH about 100 miles away from home. So I decided to change the tire my self, unfortunately the screws where so tight that I snaped my 17m Walter ranch in half. Forced to use Mercedes Benz roadside assistance which is no affiliation with Manchester Mercedes. They send me a gentleman with his personal car with out the proper equipment ends up stripping my screws. I had to wait another 2 hours for another tow company to come tow the vehicle to the nearest Mercedes Benz dealership. The whole situation took almost 5 hours. This why I recommend Mercedes Benz of manchesterand my Advisor Jon Schuller. Service department was coming to a closing period and every rental agency had no cars to give and there was no loaner cars available under poor circumstances I decided to look for a hotel. Jon calls me back after hours and says to me loaner got dropped off quickly takes my information down and fixes my issue. They also did the work complimentary for the inconvenience.
