Numerous problems with service Not only are the folks there rather rude and dont return calls, necessitating number calls to them, they recently completed work on my car, including Not only are the folks there rather rude and dont return calls, necessitating number calls to them, they recently completed work on my car, including replacing sway bar links—and only to discover after the car was returned (and a noisy rear end) the technician FORGOT to replace the sway bar link bolts on both sides! Service folks tole me that was impossible....not only are they incompetent but wrong. I have to have sway bar links rebolted to the car. I would strongly recommend not using their services. More

Brakes on 2017 GLE350 Manchester MB's staff were,as always, friendly and cordial.....Jeff, the technician, was knowledgeable and explained the whole situation so that I und Manchester MB's staff were,as always, friendly and cordial.....Jeff, the technician, was knowledgeable and explained the whole situation so that I understood clearly.......they let me drive other GLE350s to compare the braking system on same........I guess the bottom line is I have no confidence in the brakes on my GLE350....my wife won't drive it as she feels, as I do, that the vehicle isn't safe.......this is my 3rd MB in years.......my next suv be an X5. More
