Stephanie my service advisor is beyond knowledgeable, she kept me updated through out my whole service process. She really makes you feel at ease while dealing with the stress of car repairs. Numerous problems with service Not only are the folks there rather rude and dont return calls, necessitating number calls to them, they recently completed work on my car, including Not only are the folks there rather rude and dont return calls, necessitating number calls to them, they recently completed work on my car, including replacing sway bar links—and only to discover after the car was returned (and a noisy rear end) the technician FORGOT to replace the sway bar link bolts on both sides! Service folks tole me that was impossible....not only are they incompetent but wrong. I have to have sway bar links rebolted to the car. I would strongly recommend not using their services. More
