Wish I could give this Mercedes dealership and the Swickard Auto Group a 0 but you have to put at least 1 star. I purchased a Pre-Owned Range Rover from them and it took several emails / texts to get Swickard Auto Group a 0 but you have to put at least 1 star. I purchased a Pre-Owned Range Rover from them and it took several emails / texts to get to speak to a salesman. I have never left messages, texts and emails for a car dealership to call me back to make a purchase. I had to email the General Manager Omar Ibrahimi multiple times just to get a response back who was rude and made me feel like a should be happy they a selling me a car. The Salesman Bobby was the worst. I told him I was buying sight unseen for my wife's birthday and would have it shipped to my home. I asked for a fair assessment of the Range Rover and he told me if was perfect. I asked if it had two keys and was told yes! He told me it was a little dirty but would be detailed before delivery. I received the Range Rover dirty, with all the stickers still on it, console had food residue, crumbs in the seat cracks, no trunk cargo cover and three door dings in the R/R door that were not mentioned. Being a Luxury Dealership you would think they would delivery a decent product to a customer that required zero showroom effort. To make matters worse I asked the GM Omar and Bobby to have the title to be sent to me directly but they sent to the wrong address. I got an email the next day from the owner Jeff Swickard telling me how great they are and how I would love my purchase? Well you have been warned STAY AWAY you can not believe a word they say....
