Jerry spent lots of time with me explaining the electronics, gadgets and all the new things that are on recent models. He also spent time with me while I was behind the wheel making sure I was comfortable with the car. He drove with me to my house to make sure the car would fit easily in my garage. Overall I felt he was a pleasure to work with because he was extremely competent,wonderfully helpful and delightful to work with. More

Not only was he extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process, I also felt absolutely no pressure at all in making the purchase nor was ever subjected to any pressure to purchase anything additional, even though he did make me aware of several options. He took great care of even taking the time to show me everything I should know about how to operate the car including tips and pointers, saving me lots of time trying to figure things out on my own. Like most I had some concerns about the whole car buying process--especially as a single woman, but the folks at Mercedes Benz of Marin were so wonderful that I had to write this review. They were great at helping me find the right car and right color, and somehow managed to keep the payments below what I had expected! I never felt any pressure, just a genuine interest in helping me...well, and their interest in selling a car too--so we had to find exactly the right match, and they were incredible and worked really hard to make it happen. I work in a customer facing retail business, so I know how important it is to treat clients the right way, and everyone at the dealership was exceptional that way, with special kudos to Mike Raff--he was awesome. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! More
