We had shopped around at several dealers in the area for comparable lines of cars. We stopped by on a whim later in the evening Labor Day weekend (very near closing) and were greeted by Jerry Malone. After spending 5 minutes with Jerry, we knew we had just found a dealer for life (which is great since we are new to the area from NYC) and at the end of the process also felt as if we walked away with a new member of the family! He proceeded to spend time with us listening to what we needed and expected in a car. Jerry was able to explain every detail of the cars we tried and showed us how to experience what Mercedes-Benz has to offer, which is a lot! Over three days of working closely with us due mainly to my indecision and fiancée's busy work schedule. We came to the conclusion to get out of the current car I was in and are now walking away with a FANTASTIC deal on his and her Mercedes-Benz and could not be happier! She drove away in a C300 and I got the GLC300! Not only did we get two great cars, we had an amazing experience from start to finish!
