I noticed on my credit card statement period 09/24/25 - 10/24/25, Mercedes-Benz Kahului charged $54.00 on 09/30/25. I went to Mercedes Kahului and spoke to Blythe Phillips, ask him what was the charges fo 10/24/25, Mercedes-Benz Kahului charged $54.00 on 09/30/25. I went to Mercedes Kahului and spoke to Blythe Phillips, ask him what was the charges for and he told me it was for the gas I used for loaner car. This is the first time I was charged for gas on a loaner. Blythe Phillips told me that he told my wife, who picked up the loaner and she signed the agreement. I called my wife and she told me that Blythe did not mentioned about the agreement. I requested to see the signed agreement and the signature block only had a line and no signature and No agreement Copy was given to my wife. Blythe is very dishonest about the loaner agreement. I demand a refund of $54.00. Documents on request I find Blythe Phillips VERY dishonest. Also, mentioned to Blythe that the jerking problem on my auto still exist, it's been over two years with this problem, took the service manager for a ride and he also noticed the jerking. Your service advisor (JD) is excellent. Don’t lose him. He’s the best part of your service. The worst part of your service is your labor rate.
