This was one of the easiest automotive purchases I have made. I walked into the dealership was immediately greeted by James. After introductions , and telling him what I was looking for he seated us in his made. I walked into the dealership was immediately greeted by James. After introductions , and telling him what I was looking for he seated us in his office then went over the details of the car I was interested in. He went got the keys and we went for a test drive. We can back the negotiations was far and easy. Financing was a breeze, while that was getting processed he went over the car’s features and operation. He also introduced us to our service manager. All in all it was an exceptional experience and would recommend Mercedes Benz in McKinney to friends and family. More
