Beware of this dealership. I received Service B on my 2022 GLE 350 in March 2026. A few months later, I discovered an oil leak. An independent European Auto shop found that the I received Service B on my 2022 GLE 350 in March 2026. A few months later, I discovered an oil leak. An independent European Auto shop found that the drain plug was not tightened during Service B, and over 0.5 liters of engine oil had leaked for months. If I hadn’t caught it early, this could have caused major engine damage. Despite this being a clear service error, both corporate and the dealership insisted I pay $285 for an inspection before offering any help. This continues a pattern of questionable service: – Premature brake pad replacement at 30k miles – Incorrect tire tread measurements – Repeated upselling Given that the engine ran with reduced oil for months due to their mistake, any future engine issues related to lubrication should reasonably trace back to this improper service. I will not return to this dealership. More
