Very Painful and Costly Experience with this dealership service department. Over 18 pages of repairs were performed on my vehicle against my will and without my permission. Vehicle is still in their shop service department. Over 18 pages of repairs were performed on my vehicle against my will and without my permission. Vehicle is still in their shop now going on 7 months. Manipulation tactics and threats were used to force me to accept the repairs and take delivery of my vehicle. Attempted delivery of my vehicle resulted in a luxury vehicle that now runs like a truck, excessive shaking in the engine, and random error codes on display Receive little to no communication from this dealership unless it's initiated by me. Still awaiting direction on how to resolve this issue. More
