I want all the folks at Mercedes in McKinney Texas, to know that the team is wonderful! First and Foremost: The gentleman, named Gabe Harris in the service department is amazing. He is truly a gem, and a shining example of what I believe true service and integrity look like. He seems to have a kind and patient demeanor, and from what I saw, that stayed consistent despite what looked like a busy schedule and fairly demanding customers. My wife even mentioned how wonderfully he treated her. If I had the opportunity, I would promote him into a management role, yesterday or at least a lead or significant pay raise...I don't want to blather here too much, but I honestly just don't meet folks like him super often, and I meet quite a few well educated and connected folks monthly. He is the reason I will be a loyal customer, and not pop by a Sewell or Park Place anytime soon, as we look for, buy and recommend cars for our children and friends in the future. The cars are rad, but you know, the people always matter. The young lady, who is kind at the loaner car desk, was very nice. My wife Jen, and her seemed to connect as she mentioned she aspires to teach children one day, and Jen has been teaching music to littles for decades. To be a little blunt, the loaner car was not great. We appreciated it, but it was too difficult for our family to use that small vehicle while shuttling 3 children to and from school and other places. It would be more appropriate, and highly appreciated to be able to use a more family sized vehicle during the repair process. Would've be nice to at least have floor mats in the little 4 door sedan, as we felt a little bad with our kiddos climbing in and out at events, with bad weather around some days. We like to keep our cars clean... Lastly, I like and appreciate Doug Burton also. While waiting for a few minutes on two different occasions...he kindly showed me a few vehicles I may want to buy. He is not too pushy, and seems knowledgeable and understanding. I would buy a car from him. Thank you all for helping us maintain the family fleet! Best regards, Matt & Jen & our 3 boys More
Sluggish service performance. I booked my appointment in advance and arrived 15 minutes early before my appointment which was by 11:00 am & I waited for 5 hours, till I recieved m I booked my appointment in advance and arrived 15 minutes early before my appointment which was by 11:00 am & I waited for 5 hours, till I recieved my car by 4:00 pm for B service of 25,000 miles even I skipped the washing in advance, So 5 hours doing what??. My car entered the work shop by 12:30 pm after one and half hour of my appointment. No body was touching the car for 90 minutes & I am not a walking customer, I scheduled an appointmnet in advance!!. Its really very bad experience. They are only expert to stack thier bills & sell you things which is not required at all & make it as a package like balancing, wipers, oil additived, fuel additives & finaly washer fluid which I have doubts that they touched it as I was just filled it and add genuine MB washer fluid to suck our money. More

I only go there for normal service and my service advisor, Gabe Harris, is the best.
