My Wife would never have agreed to a $4500 Bill, she brought the car back because we are now getting an error PRE Safety Failure - which was not there before service. I asked her if the dealer fixed it and she stated it would cost to replace the faulty module. So basically she took a perfectly fine car to just get a clean bill of health, cost her $4500 for routine maintenance, now has a problem that was not there prior to service and you want to charge her? I stand by what I said you are ripping her off.
