This dealership is rude and disrespectful. I regret walking on the lot. First they accept my trade-in then they call back and reject it. So I had to go back. Over charged, over priced, over rated!!I have a 2018 Over charged, over priced, over rated!! I have a 2018 SL550 that’s used as a secondary car driven under 5,000 miles per year and garage kept. The Over charged, over priced, over rated!! I have a 2018 SL550 that’s used as a secondary car driven under 5,000 miles per year and garage kept. The last time I went for annual service it had only been 2,800 miles. The bill was over $1,000 including ridiculous charges of $150 per windshield wiper blades that did not need to be replaced and $24 for replacing the battery in the one key fob I left with them. They actually didn’t even replace the battery as it failed 60 days later and cost me $3.50 for a pack of two. It’s clear this dealership is trying to pay for their construction work on the backs of their service customers, padding bills with unnecessary work and phantom work. They cannot be trusted! More

The service department was outstanding and went above and beyond in our recent service. We purchased a car here a few months ago and started hearing a noise coming from the firewall when the wheel was turne beyond in our recent service. We purchased a car here a few months ago and started hearing a noise coming from the firewall when the wheel was turned and had a leaky tire that turned out to be a crack on the inside of a rim (no damage to the rim). The dealership provided a loaner car and kept our car for the time period to complete the necessary repairs on the car. The steering was a warranty and the the rim was "questionable" but the dealership took care of it at no cost to us none the less. We will continue to use their service department for any future concerns. More
