My service advisor did not bother to call or communicate at all. I was not even called to let me know my car was ready. No one went over any information. The staff is very dismissive. Since ownership changed there's been slippage in customer service to run-of-the-mill from the premium experience one would have experienced not long ago. And why I need to show a driver's license when paying by check, when I never had to when using a credit card, is insulting and stupid. I guess 7 years of business means nothing.
