This dealership was amazing. I recently bought a new to me 2011 sprinter from a less than reputable dealership. I brought it in for service and Cheyne in the service department d I recently bought a new to me 2011 sprinter from a less than reputable dealership. I brought it in for service and Cheyne in the service department didn’t bat an eye at what is probably the ugliest fan they’ve seen in years. He still treated me as if it was a brand new model and bath and night at how old my Bam was. Dealership kept constant contact with me while the work was being done and call me when my van is ready to be picked up. They gave me a full service report of what was done, and everyone who I interacted with was amazing. More
The service I received yesterday from our new Service Advisor , Cheyne Hoke, was exceptional and he was a real pleasure to work with. Needed a complete wheel alignment in a hurry as am leaving for a tri Advisor , Cheyne Hoke, was exceptional and he was a real pleasure to work with. Needed a complete wheel alignment in a hurry as am leaving for a trip next week and didn't have an appointment. Cheyne took charge, worked with service department to get me in on a standby basis, and succeeded in getting our alignment completed by the end of the next day. I now look forward to future contacts with Cheyne as a pleasurable experience. More
