I scheduled the appointment at least a month in advance for a 30K miles checkup/oil change and state inspection. Frequent reminders were sent via text and e-mail, and I arrived at the dealership on the pr for a 30K miles checkup/oil change and state inspection. Frequent reminders were sent via text and e-mail, and I arrived at the dealership on the proper date and time: 04/01/2025 at 10:10am. One attendant passes me to another to complete paperwork, and I tell the latter that I will have to wait for the service to be completed. He informs me that there is a large number of vehicles in the bay and that it may take up to two and a half hours to complete all the work. I understood and he recommended I wait at the lounge on the second floor of the dealership. I told him that he could find me there as soon as service was completed. After waiting for 3 hours, I happened to glance outside and noticed my vehicle was parked out front. I went to the cashier and asked if my car was ready - it was. I asked why I had not been notified and there was no proper answer. I noticed on the work order, the vehicle was ready since 11:45am, and I am picking up the keys at 1:30pm. There was no phone call, no text, no e-mail, no one even bothered to walk up to the waiting lounge where I had been during this whole time to let me know the service was complete. The dealership and the staff clearly have no respect for the client's time. If a service provider has no interest or respect for their client's time, there is no reason to continue any relationship with the company. More
