We are a Mercedes family and have been for some time. We live in Williamsburg and found that we could not trust our BLUETEC emission upgrade to the local MB dealer. The trip to Richmond was well worth the t live in Williamsburg and found that we could not trust our BLUETEC emission upgrade to the local MB dealer. The trip to Richmond was well worth the time, the service was superb our loaner car was a very nice 2020 C class. All work was accomplished as per the MBUSA emission control upgrade, the only issue I have is that many of the components are remanufactured. But in light of the add'l emission control extended warranty I don't think it matters too much. Our service advisor was Travis Melton and he did an excellent job of keeping us appraised of the upgrades progress. More
