My husband and I were in the market for the best , and that's what we received in the "all around" experience at Mercedes Benz of Naples. From the moment we came to the dealership to look at the cars and that's what we received in the "all around" experience at Mercedes Benz of Naples. From the moment we came to the dealership to look at the cars and we met Katherine ( I had been to MB of Naples months before, just looking, and first met Katherine then ), we were seriously impressed with the experience. Katherine has been warm and friendly, intensely knowledgable about each and every aspect of the lease procedure, the MB programs offered and the car models themselves, without being ambitious or assertive. She walked us, step by step, through the process, answered and explained all that we asked, and, as well, offered more information for our total clarification. Katherine, patiently and clearly, explained ( and re-explained !!) all the technology inside the car we chose ( 2014 E350W), demonstrated all that she could to us--there is just SO much to learn, it's overwhelming--and assured me that slowly and with her help and the help of the manual, I would learn all about my new vehicle. Furthermore, she asked me to contact her if I had any questions, and she would be happy to help me . She took us on a tour of the entire dealership, introduced us to Mike Cabrera, the service consultant, and expained to me exactly what I had to do when the car needed service. Mr. Cabrera was equally as friendly, and reiterated all that Katherine had told me. The "bay" area was incredibly spotless--so much so, it looked like a kitchen !! After the paperwork with Katherine was explained to us, we went to meet Tom Meglio-the-super friendly finance and lease person. He too, explained everything clearly, patiently, answered all of our questions and offered us discounts to be built into the lease. We took the maintainence discount, as it seemed almost "too good to be true !!" I signed all the paperwork as he explained each form and its purpose. He suggested and estabished a direct debit account from my checking account for me so that I would not have to worry about a monthly statement. He too, was warm and informative. Everyone offered his/her congratulations to us. Katherine sat with us again in the car and did some re-explaining; Since my husband had an appointment, I think we rushed HER a bit; we are returning on Friday, as per her suggestion, to continue " the class;" as this will be MY car and I need to understand all that it has to offer in terms of technology and safety. Both of us were incredibly impressed with the total car leasing experience at Mercedes Benz of Naples. And the car is just gorgeous !! Our most sincere thanks to all who participated and helped us with this experience. I hope this relationship continues as we bring the car in for service. A suggestion ??? Similar to what is offered at any Apple store for the IPad, IPhone, MAC--for a flat fee, new MB owners could come to the dealership for one-on-one classes on how to operate/understand/appreciate their new vehicle, asking questions along the way; there is just so much to learn about the MB technology and as wonderful and knowlegable as Katherine has been, I KNOW I will need more help and I will hesitate to bother her. If there were an employee dedicated to just that task, it may make the MB experience even more meaningful. More

Excellent experience purchasing pre-owned GL450 with Nathan and Joe. The vehicle needed some body work and I also opted for window tinting and permaplate. My experience with Adam Davis and Mercedes Benz of Naples was wonderful! I wanted to buy myself a Mercedes SUZ for my birthday. I called and spoke with the Pre-owned Manager and was advised that they had a was wonderful! I wanted to buy myself a Mercedes SUZ for my birthday. I called and spoke with the Pre-owned Manager and was advised that they had a vehicle that fit my description that had just been processed. He asked me to come in to view the vehicle due to no pictures being available online. By the time I got to the dealership it was six o’clock and the dealership closed at 7 o’clock. We ended up staying at the dealership well after they closed and never received one complaint from their staff. I then met Adam who’s the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. He was funny but yet serious enough to walk you thru all the features and ensure that all your questions and concerns were answered. After Adam did an extraordinary job selling the vehicle features and demonstrating them as well it came down to pricing. I was honest with Adam about the amount of money I had to spend on this purchase and what I expected from my trade in. Adam and Mercedes Benz of Naples then surprised me by dropping the price to where I needed it to be in order to purchase my Mercedes SUZ. This was my second purchase from Mercedes Benz of Naples and probably the only place I’ll buy a Mercedes from for the rest of my life. THANK YOU AGAIN TO ADAM DAVIS AND NAPLES MERCEDES BENZ OF NAPLES!! More
