We are well aware that the technology, although easy to use, may be confusing at first and we are glad that Katherine was able to patiently demonstrate all of the technology that exists in the 2014 E350W. Thank you for your suggestion. As we do strive to offer a one on one relationship for demonstrations and training we also understand the "hesitation" to ask for help as you mentioned. We as salespeople embrace the time spent with the clients and enjoy the teaching of the features and its our responsibility to manage and maintain the account just as well after the sale as we did up to and during the sale. If we do a good job showing how everything works then you will enjoy the car more and come back to us and tell your friends and family as well. You see, no one knows you better than your personal sales associate so they can cater the lessons to you as opposed to just someone how does this all day with no relationship or connection with the client.
