While I had the vehicle in for service approximately three weeks before our most recent incident, the vehicle subsequently just stopped running while being driven by my wife. It was a Sunday and had to be towed to your dealership. Furthermore, I was in the hospital at the time. When I called Jackie on Monday and explained the situation, she indicated not to worry, she would get the vehicle fixed and have it delivered to our home. You are very lucky to have Jackie who always tries to go the "extra mile". As to your service personnel, I have less confidence. Having the vehicle in a short time before it "died", and supposedly having it fully checked at that time leaves me somewhat suspect. I purchased the 2006 Mercedes from your dealership and, quite frankly, have had more problems as compared to when I purchased my wife's 2002 SL 500. Fortunately, my 2006 Mercedes was precertified so it came with a one year extended warranty. For two years after I purchased the 2002 SL 500, I did not have a single problem. More

I come from a family who owned many car and marine dealerships, I have been in factories and on the assembly lines of some major your company here. I come from a family who owned many car and marine dealerships, I have been in factories and on the assembly lines of some major manufacturers from watching cars get assembled from kits to some high end factory lines worldwide, so I am not that ignorant...grew up with techs in my dads service workshops too and so normally as a woman when I go into dealerships men treated me like I was some blonde xxxxx who was dumb - I NEVER have this problem at the Naples dealership - this is such a pleasure to come to your service department and I really appreciate it.
