While I had the vehicle in for service approximately three weeks before our most recent incident, the vehicle subsequently just stopped running while being driven by my wife. You are very lucky to have Jackie who always tries to go the "extra mile". As to your service personnel, I have less confidence. Having the vehicle in a short time before it "died", and supposedly having it fully checked at that time leaves me somewhat suspect. I purchased the 2006 Mercedes from your dealership and, quite frankly, have had more problems as compared to when I purchased my wife's 2002 SL 500. Fortunately, my 2006 Mercedes was precertified so it came with a one year extended warranty. For two years after I purchased the 2002 SL 500, I did not have a single problem. More
