Mercedes-Benz of Nashville

I've been trying to get a deal done on a pre-owned SUV for a few weeks, but when it was disclosed that the SUV had only one key and no floor mats, I said that was unacceptable. I had suggested that they get a replacement key from a sister Sonic location and I would forgo the floor mats...they said no. Multiple calls have been placed to the GM (J. Haas) - with no response. I was willing to fly to Nashville and drive the SUV back to NC, but I feel this dealership lacks professionalism and customer focus. More
