Would leave zero stars if I could for the service department. Had my sprinter serviced here for 3 years. The rear axle of my van broke in FL 4 months after I had had the rear differential serviced. The MB tech in FL and the insurance adjuster said it looked like it had never been touched. When I went to confront them and get my service records it came to light that they had put my van under a false VIN for 3 years hiding the fact that the previous owner had some pre paid services I could’ve taken advantage of. When confronted about that the supervisor said that no tech would’ve ever told he about the the services without me asking first (which I did bring them up on my first visit and also the MB techs in FL told me about them first thing and did a pre paid service without question). They took no accountability for not letting me know about the services or the rear differential or anything. Also very very hard to get ahold of anyone in the service department and they have tried to sell me prepaid maintenance while knowing I had some available already. Corporate MB only offered a $300 service gift card (the differential service was way more than that and regular service is wayyyyy more and the axle repair was wayyyyyyyy more). Dishonest, predatory, frustrating all the way around. First and last MB vehicle ever and never ever get serviced here. More
