I think the service department at MB Nashville has all my contact information on hand; from my end I think I have explained my frustration and total lack of trust and integrity of their service department. My experience confirm the following: “The service department is often called the "backbone" of a dealership because it drives long-term customer loyalty and repeat business. While the sales team sells the first car, the service department is credited with "selling the next ten" by maintaining the customer relationship over the vehicle's lifespan”. MB Nashville missed that important information.
