My wife and I are very pleased with our new 21 Mercedes, to say the least I'm not real happy with Merecedes financial since I've had to complain to them three times about receiving a late charge on my bill. to say the least I'm not real happy with Merecedes financial since I've had to complain to them three times about receiving a late charge on my bill. The first one was ten days late but they said it was sent out 19 day's in advance which was a lie because the bill was dated six days before it was due. The last time I phoned I spoke a manager, and she was rude!. Someone needs to take care of this problem, because it make Merecedes looks really bad! If this continues I may have to think again about getting another Merecedes vehicle More
