I did speak with someone about my concerns and got a simple apology for my experience. I am still working issues with the dealership and still have to call multiple times to get a response. When I call the number and select post support, no one ever answers that line. I always have to select the sales number to get someone to answer. There has been one gentlemen who answer the phone, believe his name is Brady and he has been the most helpful in getting messages to those individuals that I need to speak with. Not a happy experience with the dealership or finance dept. Not sure what the manager can do to make it a positive experience at this point.
