I can’t stand being hot and don’t like driving The AC on my ML400 suddenly wasn’t working properly in the sweltering summer heat in middle Tennessee. I can’t stand being hot and don’t like driving with my windows down. It was almost 5PM, but I immediately called Mercedes-Benz of Nashville and they worked me in the next morning. It was also time for my 50,000 mile service and they took care of all of it on the same day-hallelujah! I usually schedule service ahead of time and take a loaner car, but with such short notice there was no loaner available. I was surprised and impressed with how quickly they shuttled me home and then got me back to the dealership when my car was ready! Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was friendly, personable, and professional. In addition to those traits, George Lund, my service advisor, was extremely knowledgeable and communicative about progress on my car. It was a great experience and I’m once again driving in air conditioned comfort! I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Nashville! More
