The original service was great and very polite staff. My only issue was that after I got home I was not 100 percent satisfied because I felt the vehicle was too small. Monday morning at 0900 I contacted my sales person and he was looking for my insurance card. I explained to him about switching vehicles to a larger one. He told me the sale was finalized. Two days later I was contacted by Mercedes Benz to get information from my previous bank to pay off my previous car. I was confused because I was told the deal was finalized. I was told by the manager that it had been finalized. Anyhow I was just trying to get a bigger vehicle. There was no attempt to help me out. For that I am very disappointed with MB. Thank you. More
