Pricing Games, Don't Honor Their Own Promo My sales consultant, Mike Tyson, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, my positive experience with this dealership ended there. I My sales consultant, Mike Tyson, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, my positive experience with this dealership ended there. I specifically chose this dealership after getting a TruCar pricing certificate for a vehicle in their inventory. The TruCar pricing was provided from the dealership but the manager on duty, Danny Van, chose to play games and would not honor their own pricing. He was either being intentionally malicious or just did not understand that the TruCar price was a price provided to them directly by the dealership itself. The sales manager repeatedly told me he would not honor that price. I had to call my car buying service and TruCar themselves to get someone on the phone to explain that the pricing came from the dealership itself and not a 3rd party. The manager was persistent and it made for a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend going to this dealership if you are using your car buying service or TruCar or any other program as the dealership wants to play pricing games and not honor their promotions. More

Certified Pre Own purchase I had a CLS 550 and each time I serviced the vehicle everyone from pulling up for my appointment to check out was so accommodating. Loaner vehicles are very helpful to the customer. I then decided to trade in vehicle for a certified pre owned vehicle. Ernie Debus was so great to deal with. Since I wasn’t financing the vehicle the process was seamless and I was out the door the same day with my new car. I highly recommend this dealership. Very professional group of people. Great experience and overall very satisfied customer. More

It is unfortunate that the construction of the certified vehicle showroom took place during the timeframe of our purchase and test drives.
