Straight from the start when I walked into the dealership I felt like I was treated as I would expect to be treated from a Mercedes dealership. I looked around at various competitive dealerships and other Me I felt like I was treated as I would expect to be treated from a Mercedes dealership. I looked around at various competitive dealerships and other Mercedes dealerships, no where was I treated like I was here at the New Rochelle location. Christopher Bartolini helped in every way and I was truly impressed by the service level provided. Unfortunately you just don't see that many sales representatives whole care and have a great hospitality sense. Mostly its just sell sell sell, I felt that Christopher did care and that he tried every way to help me with the car (CLA) I wanted. Overall I can say I am extremely happy with the service provided from when I came in on orientation to the final delivery of my vehicle. And even now 1 month from purchase they still follow up with me if all is in good condition, etc. Thank you Mercedes New Rochelle and Christopher and Sergio in particular! More
