Then go get my tires changed they I know my coverage covers everything, they said your coverage doesnt cover $22 of our labor charge I wont charge you that today but next time you will have to pay. WHAT WHAT $22 really for labor I just bought this car plus coverage now you making me feel like I was ripped off. So I called my dealer in long island. Long story short she basically put him in his place and said exactly what I was thinking. They make Mercedes benz look bad. I also asked them could my car be washed he said they would take care of it, all they did was spray water cause it was still bird poo on my hood. Smh. More

Scheduled Maintenance Brought my car in for its regularly scheduled maintenance. Jorge Baez was my service rep who at the outset let me know what the initial cost would b Brought my car in for its regularly scheduled maintenance. Jorge Baez was my service rep who at the outset let me know what the initial cost would be. I really appreciated that because in the past I was never informed of the costs of scheduled maintenance. I was email an invoice with the work that was going to be performed. Mr. Baez also notified as to when my automobile would be ready to be picked up. When I arrived, I had a discussion as to one of the items on the invoice. Mr. Baez rectified it. It was a minor issue regarding the filing of the reservoir with washer fluid (my husband just that morning had capped the reservoir and there was no need for a charge for fluid to be added to my invoice). All in all a pleasant experience. More
