Purchase of Certified Pre-Owned 2018 GLC300 I have purchased dozens of cars over my lifetime and many of them have been a Mercedes-Benz. I am an attorney and I am an extremely discerning/demanding buyer both on price and service. That being said I can truly say without doubt that I have never had a more positive buying experience than at Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle. I specifically dealt with Michael Telep (Sales Manager of Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles) and Renee Bianco (Salesperson). Both were extremely knowledgeable, intelligent, reasonable, courteous and most important - accommodating. My wife and I could not have been treated better by Michael and Renee (as well as the entire MB - New Rochelle staff). Whoever is running the dealership is doing a fantastic job. As I indicated above, I am an extremely discerning/demanding buyer and I do quite a bit of research before I buy. I truly believe, actually, I am certain, that I got a fantastic price. I never felt pushed or cornered to buy by Michael or Renee and my wife and I were completely comfortable during the process. On a different note, the facility was clean, modern, well kept, and presented very well. I can go to four or five Mercedes dealerships within one hour of my home, but going forward I will only visit and purchase from Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle for all the reasons listed above. I will also unequivocally recommend Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle to all of my family, friends and colleagues. Thanks again Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle for a truly fantastic buying experience. Incompetent mechanics It was horrible , picked up my car Saturday September 1st morning around 11 am after being there for 3wks to do a repair had to return it back to the It was horrible , picked up my car Saturday September 1st morning around 11 am after being there for 3wks to do a repair had to return it back to the shop around 1pm smelled like it was burning and when it started it made noise that did not existed when it was dropped off . Don't know how the mechanics let the car out of the shop after supposedly repairing it with a $4000.00 bill . It's um bad service after the other. Unbelievable More
