An excellent experience building and purchasing my 2022 GLE450. At a time when other dealerships were adding $5K to $10K over MSRP for this vehicle, this dealership sold the vehicle at MSRP and did not tac GLE450. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Peter Pearce and Muhammad Sabir during the sales process. Both were thorough professionals and knowledgeable and made the whole experience stress free and pleasant. Peter was personable, attentive to detail kept me informed at every stage about the build process and timing of delivery as well as options that were unavailable due to the chip shortage. In spite of a price increase in the list price of the vehicle, Muhammad and Peter honored the original price we had agreed to, it was very pleasant doing business with people who honor their commitments. The delivery and the condition of the vehicle at delivery was flawless and it was a pleasure learning about all the different technologies from Brad Derry, a thorough professional and very patient. Will be taking him up on his offer for a refresher in the coming week or so. Russ in Finance was also great to deal with. Great experience.
