Incompetence to the highest level. My GLE 350 2022 was returned with a very low tire PSI and a screw inserted into the tire. The sales manager, over the phone, appeared annoyed that a customer contacted her and she kept stating that “ we are an independent dealership”. Mercedes Benz should retrain her explaining that the dealership is a Mercedes’ Benz dealership that supports all Mercedes Benz customers. Unbelievable…. More
