This dealership has ignored the fact that there is a brake issue with my car after providing multiple pieces of audio evidence that they are squeaking and getting worse. This is not normal for a new certified pre owned car. Either they misrepresented the certification, or are deliberately ignoring the warranty and certification that came with the car.
