Check in was quick and got the loaner after a 10-min wait at the counter. Received a text message at 10:44 that car won’t get done until the next day. No problem. Waited all day the next day for notice that at the counter. Received a text message at 10:44 that car won’t get done until the next day. No problem. Waited all day the next day for notice that car is ready. Nothing! Checked car status on the provided link: Final Touches - In Progress. Status remained there for more than 3 hours (since 1:25pm!!!). Finally, I called before 5pm; lady said my car is ready!!! My comment to her: Wish somebody called me earlier. (I was near the dealership around 2:30). She apologized. Drove there for 40 mins and picked up my car. Services completed: changed all 4 tires. Wheels aligned to factory specs. More
