Staff was friendly and courteous upon entering the showroom. My salesperson, P.J., was very professional and went out of his way to ensure that I got the best possible trade-in for my 2019 Mercedes-B showroom. My salesperson, P.J., was very professional and went out of his way to ensure that I got the best possible trade-in for my 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA250 for a brand new 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLA250W4 lease. P.J. also followed-up 2-days later to see how I was enjoying the vehicle and if there were any additional questions. Brad Derry, Product Concierge went over the particulars of the vehicle. I do have to say, I was overwhelmed at how much the instrumentation and functionality changed within 2-years. Brad was available when I called for any additional questions. More
