Mercedes-Benz of North Haven

This mercedes dealership is trying to rip off people out. My car still under warranty and i came for a service because of the 360 camera malfunction on the vehicle. Usually they will call to let us kn out. My car still under warranty and i came for a service because of the 360 camera malfunction on the vehicle. Usually they will call to let us know ahead of what they doing but this time they just tell us to come pick up and pay of what they doing. They fixed the sensor and blamed the 3m stick on modification and he told me i need to pay for their unprofessional 1 hour 30 minutes employee to find out what happen with that malfunction. I have been here for all the service but from now on i will never come back and so do my family either. Good luck with you. By the way, Bobby is the guy that i need to deal with. Avoiding him please. There are still the same issues going on with the windshield even with brand new wipers. Also still an issue with apple car play connection.
