I worked with Rob Bacharach again and he found me the exact car I wanted. The funny thing is I was just there for service and really had no intention of buying a new car. Rob, as always, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I can say that being a woman buying a car is usually a frustrating experience. I am a professional in the financial industry but that is not how I am usually treated. I find that many people in car sales "talk down" to women as if they do not understand cars or loans / leases. Rob is not like that - he treated me with respect and earned my trust when I purchased my first car with him. The car buying experience was easy and hassle free.
