Although I was pretty upside down in my 2011 Cadillac Esclade ESV , Demarco and Jacob kept looking and working the deal to get a little closer than they were at first. Demarco made every step of the way comfortable with my wife and I and kept us informed and treated us with the up most respect.I have had many cars in my life and bought several new ones and traded many times and by far Demarco and the North lake Mercedes-Benz staff made this experience one I can truly feel good about, I didn't leave there thinking or wondering dang should I have not done that or should I have did something different And Jacob made the paperwork smooth and painless and was very polite and great to work with and Jahmal Hemphill was great in walking up through the how to use our New Mercedes and how to operate all the bells and whistles, Jahmal was informative and took extra time to make sure I was completely comfortable with my new car. Over all, Amazing Staff at North lake and my wife has a 2007 C 230 Benz and Yes we will go through Mercedes Benz of North Lake when we buy a new Mercedes and hope Demarco is still there so he can sell us a new car for my wife Thanks again V/R Eric Ross More

Alexis Greene was the best client advisor I have had the pleasure to work with. She took the time to understand what was important to me and then she guided me in the right directions that would produce the best outcomes based on my needs and preferences. Jacob Cates explained the financing choices available and handled the document preparation with an impressive degree of skill and expertise. He was easy to understand and helped me find the perfect financing. Lastly, Jahmal Hemphill was my product concierge and took the time to explain the features and functions of my "new" ML 350. Jahmal was very patience and he has an amazing knowledge of every menu, every screen and every button in the vehicle. He is amazing and a wonderful teacher. By the time I drove away, I felt very much at home with the people and the dealership and very comfortable that I had made a great purchase in the best possible location.
