Excellent - during & after Overall Garrett took care of us efficiently, which was greatly appreciated, as we have no patience or interest in the multi hour car buying experience Overall Garrett took care of us efficiently, which was greatly appreciated, as we have no patience or interest in the multi hour car buying experience. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions and kept things moving along to the best of his ability. We knew in advance that the price was reasonable, so the only element of the experience we would change is the finance experience. This clearly wasn't our first car buying experience, not even our first Mercedes car buying experience, so to insist that we had to listen to the add on's for warranty etc 'by law' was insulting and needlessly time consuming. I get there is motivation to sell for compensation reasons, but 'no' should simply be accepted as 'no' and let your customer get on with it. Garrett hooked us with Jahmal a few days later to walk us through all the bells & whistles. He was patient and thoroughly enjoyable to spend time with to make sure we understand everything. More
