She was very quick to answer any questions I had regarding the vehicle I was interested in (even on a Sunday when the dealership was closed). Mercedes Benz of Northlake definitely outshines any of the other dealerships I was considering. Their entire staff seems very personable, honest, and transparent. Unlike other dealerships, the car I was interested in was already competitively priced, so there wasn't much haggling involved.
