Great experience!!!! With this being my first, official car purchase, I was a bit nervous about the process of it all. Immediately, when I walked in, I was greeted and wel With this being my first, official car purchase, I was a bit nervous about the process of it all. Immediately, when I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed. Everyone present at the front desk introduced themselves and were extremely kind. My main concern with purchasing a car is having to deal with a salesman who would try to coerce me into a sale I was not comfortable with. Demarco Crump did everything but that. He was available to answer all of the many questions that I had. He talked me through the process, telling me exactly what to expect each step of the way and did so in a timely manner. I walked into financing feeling comfortable and at ease with my decision to purchase my vehicle. Even during the test drive with Jahmal Hemphill, the same level of customer services continued. Jahmal made it a point to address the different features in the car that I was neglecting to acknowledge when it came to its functionality. In finance, Jacob Cates was very thorough with explaining the paperwork and made sure that all my questions were answered. It was nice to be able to go through financing quickly, without having a feeling of uncertainty when I left. Overall, I think this is one of the best dealerships I've been to because it felt like the employees cared more about my experience and comfort than they did about closing a deal. More

After working with Garrett, I was convinced to at least test drive a Mercedes Benz C250 to see if it could at least meet my needs (powerful engine, luxury amenities, great fuel economy, and affordable price). To say that after my test drive, the car "caught my attention", would be an understatement. Not only was I impressed with the quality of the car, but the knowledge and service of the Mercedes Benz Northlake staff, especially Garrett McMullen, was beyond any sales experience I had encountered. Garrett and the staff were very attentive to my needs, financial goals, and ensured that this buying experience was extremely comfortable for me. I can honestly say that though this was the largest car purchase I've ever made, Garrett and the MB Northlake staff made this the one of the easiest and smartest decisions I've ever made!
