As I approached the doors,I just knew that I was going to get a sales associate who wouldn't listen to my needs and who was only concerned about their agenda. I was completely wrong in my assessment. I was greeted by Rob; a warm, friendly, and kind, sales consultant. After speaking with him my apprehensions quickly went away and I knew this was a company I could do business with. Working with him was a great experience. He was attentive to my needs and he took the time to listen to my concerns. He found every obstacle I was faced with as an opportunity to help me. I must admit, he made my car buying a pleasurable experience verses a dreaded task. Mike was AWESOME as well. He went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible for me to leave the dealership in a new car. Just when I thought the service was over and couldn't get any better, I was introduced to Jahmal.
