I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle and decided it would be better for me to call around to several dealerships to find the best deal possible. I had a great experience with Chad Woods at Mercedes it would be better for me to call around to several dealerships to find the best deal possible. I had a great experience with Chad Woods at Mercedes Benz of Northlake over the phone. He was very responsive to my questions, provided all of the detailed information that I needed in advance of me going to the actual dealership which included photos and descriptions of the vehicles. Chad was very personable. I felt like I knew him for quite some time even though we had never met in person. He made my experience very easy. I travelled over 10 hours to pick up my new vehicle. To my surprise, everything was ready and waiting when I got there. They even rolled out the red carpet treatment for my family and I. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market to purchase a vehicle. More

I did not go to the dealership intending to make a purchase that day, but Chad Woods was prepared for every question I had and by the end of my test drive I was SOLD! The two things I dread most are c purchase that day, but Chad Woods was prepared for every question I had and by the end of my test drive I was SOLD! The two things I dread most are car shopping and going to the cell phone store. Both are torture to me because they seem to be endless waiting that consumes my day. Chad made this purchase SO easy that it was more like a friendly visit than the usual torture! I would highly recommend Chad and Mercedes! I LOVE my new vehicle and enjoyed the entire experience.
