THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN'T FIX ANY THING. NOTHING! I'VE TAKEN MY 2018 300E IN FOR PROBLEMS AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS YET TO SUCCESSFULLY FIX ANY THING. SO THEY DENY THERE IS A PROBLEM BY STATING I'VE TAKEN MY 2018 300E IN FOR PROBLEMS AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS YET TO SUCCESSFULLY FIX ANY THING. SO THEY DENY THERE IS A PROBLEM BY STATING ON A CUSTOMERS PAPER WORK THAT "DROVE VEHICLE BUT COULD NOT VERIFY COMPLAINT." NICE TRICK, JUST SAY THAT'S THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSSED TO WORK. THE NOVI SERVICXE DEPARTMENT HAS DONE THAT TWICE NOW AND NY CAR HAS ONLY 10100 MILES ON IT. DON'T BUY A MERCEDES AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT GO NEAR MERCEDES OF NOVI! THE OWNER MR GHESQUIERE WAS SET UP BY HIS DAD, SO HE DOESN'T CARE AS LONG AS HE GETS HIS PAY CHECK ON TIME. THEIR ATTITUDE IS DON'T BOITHER US, YOU SIGNED THE PAPER WORK, THE DAM CAR IS YOURS NOW! JUST PAY AND SHUT UP! ALL THE TECHNITIONS SEEM TO BE YOUNG KIDS THAT SIMPLY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE VEHICLES. NOTHING REALLY GETS FIXED. HOWEVER, EVERY ONE IS POLITE AND COURTEOUS, EVEN AS THEY TELL YOU THAT NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE CAR. THEY LIE TO YOU WITH A NICE FRIENDLY SMILE. More
