I had been looking for an E Class for quite some time. I had been to several dealerships before coming to the one in Novi. My salesperson was Kimberly Olson. I was very impressed by her. She was kind, knowl had been to several dealerships before coming to the one in Novi. My salesperson was Kimberly Olson. I was very impressed by her. She was kind, knowledgable, considerate and a pleasure to work with. That is hard to find in a salesperson. I have already recommended her to friends and family. I've leased plenty of vehicles from different dealerships. My best experience has been with Mercedes Benz of Novi and Kimberly Olson. More

this is the lousiet dealership I have ever been to. I leased a 2001 SLK 320 from here. Excellen car, but the service offered here was the worst. <br>A few months in to having this car, It had a minor ele leased a 2001 SLK 320 from here. Excellen car, but the service offered here was the worst. <br>A few months in to having this car, It had a minor electrical problem, claiming that they did not have the part dealreshit tried to keep the car with them over the long weekend, would not provide a loner as promised at the time of sale, had to argue with them for hafl hour and the car was fixed.<br><br>when I went to turn in the car, the guy actually gave me a screwdriver and asked me to take the plates off the car and stood by me while I was taking off the plates.<br> More
