I am not technically savvy especially with respect to an automobile. Mr. Courtright not only took the time to explain the functions with respect, patience and kindness but he did not mind when I requested that he repeat the information or instructions given me. His instructions were invaluable and his knowledge of Mercedes made me comfortable in learning how to operate my new Mercedes. He is such an asset. As a result, I was able to drive off in confidence knowing I could contact him should I need additional information. Give the man a raise, promote him; but whatever you do make sure he does not leave your dealership. More

MB Oakland Employee Collided with my Vehicle While parked at the MB Oakland dealership, in a location designated by a sales person, a MB Oakland employee collided with my vehicle - while I was in While parked at the MB Oakland dealership, in a location designated by a sales person, a MB Oakland employee collided with my vehicle - while I was in it. This was not just a bump, the collision was severe enough to knock the phone out of my hand, and cause physical injury. The day after the incident, the salesperson contacted me to apologize, and inquire if I was still interested in buying a car from them. Several days later, MB Oakland contacted me to say, "everything was caught on camera", and "If you have medical issues....file an insurance claim". When I filed the claim, MB Oakland then told my insurance company that they hit my car, but that I was not in it - completely changing their initial story, and refusing to pay for my medical expenses. When my insurance company requested the video of the incident, MB Oakland told them that it had been erased. This dealership has no integrity! Do not shop here! More

I went in knowing what car I wanted to lease - color, model, etc. They did not have the exact one I wanted but they worked their magic to bring it to me that same day for my birthday. They all stated that they were not going to let me leave empty handed. Overall it was amazing customer service and everyone was so hands on and helpful with anything we needed. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to lease/buy. More
