I dropped my E63 off for what I expected to be Express Service, but it didn't turn out that way. First, it was due for another part, which meant it would likely take all day. I also decided to buy a set of tires while my car was there (they were on sale), but one of the tires was defective, and we had to wait for one to be shipped in. The final result was that a service that I thought would take an hour took six days. You might think I'm unhappy about that, but you would be mistaken. First off, none of the things that caused delays were the dealership's fault. Also, one of their responses to the situation was to provide me with a free loaner car, resulting in little to no negative impact for me. Also, my service advisor, Calvin Chan, was very conscientious about keeping me informed every step of the way. I left there a very happy customer. I came to these guys two years ago because I was unhappy with the attitude of another Mercedes-Benz dealer, and I've never regretted it.
