Saved my cross-country trip! When I had wheel sensor issues while traveling from Pennsylvania to Arizona I was concerned about going across the continental divide with a Sprinter When I had wheel sensor issues while traveling from Pennsylvania to Arizona I was concerned about going across the continental divide with a Sprinter van and no ABS or ESP. I called in to Oklahoma City Mercedes-Benz and Marlenea, the service representative assured me they could help. I was 6 hours away and she fit me in for the afternoon. As soon as I got there, the service tech, Paul, strated right away and he made sure everything was right before getting my van back on the road. I am so thankful for their help. They really gave me peace of mind about my vehicle. I wish their dealership was closer to where I live because I would gladly go there again. More

First time buyer. Had an amazing experience. My Dad and I went to the Mercedes-Benz of OKC dealership on a rainy Saturday to check out a pre-owned 2016 C300. Even though the cars were all put up My Dad and I went to the Mercedes-Benz of OKC dealership on a rainy Saturday to check out a pre-owned 2016 C300. Even though the cars were all put up because of the hail from the night before they were quick to find the car that I was interested in and let us have a look. Gabriel, my salesman was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the whole process of showing me the car and talking through the numbers. After purchasing the car Gabriel has done an amazing job at keeping in touch with us to make sure that we have the best experience possible with our new pre-owned car. The finance department was also amazing. Ed Sams, the finance manager was a really nice guy and helped me get an extra year of service for the car which I am very thankful for. Overall I had an amazing experience at the Mercedes-Benz of OKC dealership. I would 10 out of 10 recommend anyone looking for a new or used Mercedes to stop by this dealership and see what they have to offer, you will not be disappointed. More
Loyalty goes one direction Took my 2015 Mercedes S550 in for service because I was receiving a high beam assist inoperative, check right low beam warning, I visually checked my Took my 2015 Mercedes S550 in for service because I was receiving a high beam assist inoperative, check right low beam warning, I visually checked my lights they were both on and working but of course still took it in. Dropped the car off, couple of hours later received a call from the service agent Jesse Thayne that the igniter on the passenger side, (right) needed to be replaced, the cost would be approx. $1249, gave verbal permission to replace it. The next day received a call from Jesse stated he had bad news, the igniter, desiccant bags, control unit and headlamps on both sides needed to be replaced because WATER had been getting into the lights and the cost would be approx. $8500. Needless to say I was surprised it went from right side igniter to now both sides needed to be totally replaced. And how in the heck was WATER getting into the lights? I asked if this had been a Mercedes issue he said he had never heard of this happening before. Told him I needed to decide what direction I wanted to go this was on a Friday we would talk about it on Monday. Monday I called Jesse told him I did not want to replace the headlamps they had been working fine lets only change the igniter on the side that was giving me warning. He said that I could do both igniters, both desiccant bags, and control units for approx. $2400, I told him lets not do anything then and I will decide my options later, he informed me that it was going to cost me $755 in labor for taking my headlights apart, I told him I only took it in for the right side they should not have been taking the left side apart anyway. I went into the dealership in person pretty upset. Jesse's body language showed that he did not want to speak or deal with me, I asked for a manager, Scott Dounn began our discussing talking down to me, I explained to him very quickly that he or no one there was going to talk down to me, or try to strong arm me into having repairs that I had not agreed too. After awhile of both of us being on defense we finally agreed that they would not replace the head lights, they would replace the igniter on the passenger side, which was the original issue and the desiccant bags on both sides. Scott said that the left side was "not as bad as the right" but that maybe in the future that would have to be replaced. I argued the fact that I had not ever given permission to work on both sides I brought the car in for the rights side warnings. This fix that Scott recommended would cost me $1,340. I picked up my car after the repairs, Jesse did not walk out with me to inspect the car, I looked at both lights they seemed to be working. A couple of hours later I had the same warning appear saying Left side low beam, etc., the same warning I had brought the car in for on the right side, also there was a brown liquid that was inside of both of the headlamps it resembled Coke. I called Jesse left a message. The next morning I had not received a call back so I went to the dealership, Jesse said he had heard my voice mail, apparently he just didn't respond. He seemed very irritated that I had come in, I asked him first about the brown substance, he said"oh yeah that was already there", I told him I have never seen any such substance in my headlights ever before nor had I ever complained to him about a brown substance that was a NEW finding since I had picked my vehicle up, I asked to speak to Scott, he informed me Scott was out until the following Monday, I asked if there was any other managers available, it was very obvious that Jesse was not wanting or willing to service me. He referred me to Byron Hudgins, Bryon's suggestion was that it was a coincident that the left side just so happened to go out the day that I picked up the vehicle. I had the same type of discussion with Byron as I had with Jesse and Scott, he asked if he could see the vehicle to view the brown substance, when he did see it he could not explain what it could be. He suggested that I leave the vehicle with then so that they could diagnose what the problem were, I told him I was unwilling because I would again be told by them that I had to pay $755 for labor to inspect the lights that they supposedly had already done Byron did not disagree with me. This is just a summary of course of the things that had been said and occurred, Mercedes obviously is aware of the water getting into the headlamps causing problems and costing owners thousand of thousands of dollars, Mr. Dounn even eluded to the those facts. He said unless Mercedes acknowledged and did something about it there hands were tied. This is my second Mercedes S550 and to think that a $100,000 plus vehicle at purchase you have to be concerned of driving in the rain is preposterous. More

Awesome sales woman! Having said that, I have to state terrible treatment buy the financial person, whose name will be withheld. First, we were paying for the vehicle outright cash/check, so no financing would be required. He started to ask for all this information that is required when someone applies for a loan! We were like why do you need all this information we are buying the vehicle outright. He came up with some story that its policy and needed to see if we were on some "Do not sell to list! So we argued with him about this because we felt he didn't need to run our credit nor did he need our SS#s! Additionally, the vehicle we purchased was $14K so we felt that he was treating us poorly because we were not in there buying a $50k + vehicle. My wife and I almost walked away from the deal but we did get it done! Anyway just wanted to point out to Mr Finance guy that both my wife and I are educated with Master's Degrees and have GREAT jobs but we don't feel like we need to own brand new $50k+ cars and we really don't appreciate being talked down too!
