We were on the tail end of our six week adventure in our Mercedes Sprinter Winnebago ERA, when we lost all ability to accelerate in our RV. Luckily we were only 22 miles away from lifesaving help! When I called into the Service Department, Marlenea was so nice and reassuring they would do everything to help us. They certainly did and we were on our way before we knew it.
