During the time they had my car they kept me informed on the progress they were making. The people in the service department are very nice and friendly. Amazing customer service! I just got done ordering a part (key that I lost) through Quentin in the Parts Department. I’ll start by saying that losing a key and not being able t I just got done ordering a part (key that I lost) through Quentin in the Parts Department. I’ll start by saying that losing a key and not being able to find your spare is bad enough, but when you have your child’s wheelchair in the trunk of your locked car, it makes it a little worse. So coming into the dealership, I was already tired and worn out from frantically searching for a key the past few days. As I walked in, I was greeted by Quentin, who was eager to help me. I explained what I did and what I needed and he quickly started the process of ordering a replacement key. While there, he was extremely friendly, which immediately changed my overall mood and how my week was going. I know people hate to visits dealerships, but MBOKC is not your average dealership, and Quentin is not your average employee. More
